Pasta, crema di ceci e tartufo con taleggio

For this recipe we will use our chickpea and truffle cream.

Here's how to prepare a delicious pasta with chickpea and truffle cream and taleggio:

Boil the pasta in a saucepan and at the same time in a pan heat the chickpea cream (an 80g jar for about 250g of pasta) with a drizzle of oil and cooking water. Drain the pasta, stir in the sauce for a few seconds and finally add the taleggio cheese cut into very small cubes. If you prefer, decorate with rosemary needles.

All that remains is to place a new order of our truffle creams!
